Betelguese is the red gaint right of center with Bellatrix the large blue star below it.
Orions Belt (Alnitak, Alnilam, Mintaka) is visible with the Horse just visible near Alnitak.
The Orion Nebula (M42) is the bright object lower left.
M78 is visible right and up from Alnitak-Horsehead-Flame Nebula region just before Barnard's Loop.
The mulitude of stars are in Orions Arm of the Milky Way
